Thank you for shopping with CyberCraft Designs by B! We want you to love your purchase. Because we offer both digital products and made-to-order items, our refund policy differs by product type.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and made available for download, we cannot offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you've received the wrong file, please reach out to us through our Contact page. We'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Made-to-Order Products

We offer a 1-hour cancellation window after your order is placed.

After one hour, production may begin, and cancellations, changes, or refunds can no longer be guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
